Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original recycled cardboard packaging to ensure they remain protected and maintain our circular economy standards.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your eco-friendly parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
